Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Albuquerque, NM)

Greenridge Maple Water Authority Associates supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Albuquerque and nearby communities, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for pipe repairs in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
