Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Albuquerque, NM)

Fernwood Linden Foods is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for cold storage in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
