Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Timber Property Management is a Albuquerque property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
