Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Albuquerque, NM)

Summit Ember Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Albuquerque, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for billing accounts in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
