Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Amber Property Management Partners and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
