Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Forge Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Wichita, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for supply orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
