Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Wichita, KS)

Silverline Cedar Foods is a Wichita food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for sanitation schedules in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
