Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Wichita, KS)

Bluepeak Pike Property Management is a Wichita property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
