Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Vale Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
