Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Virginia Beach, VA)

Stonegate Summit Property Management is a Virginia Beach property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 531 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
