Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark North Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
