Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Tulsa, OK)

Summit Property Management Partners is a Tulsa property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
