Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Drift Facilities looks after properties across the Tampa region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for cleaning schedules in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
