Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Bright Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Tampa. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for meter reading in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
