Maintenance Technician - on-call response (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Vale Housing provides affordable homes and support services around St. Louis. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
