Maintenance Technician - on-call response (St. Louis, MO)

Stonegate Granite Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in St. Louis. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
