Maintenance Technician - on-call response (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Pike Construction delivers building projects for owners across the St. Louis region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for project schedules in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
