Maintenance Technician - on-call response (St. Louis, MO)

Summit Nest Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around St. Louis, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for project schedules in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
