Maintenance Technician - on-call response (St. Louis, MO)

Redstone Linden Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around St. Louis, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
