Maintenance Technician - on-call response (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Bridge Environmental Services and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 648 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for recycling loads in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
