Maintenance Technician - on-call response (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Maple Housing manages affordable housing communities across St. Louis, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
