Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight Iron Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Seattle, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
