Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Birch Freight and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for carrier rates in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
