Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Savannah, GA)

Westbrook Timber Property Management is a Savannah property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
