Maintenance Technician - on-call response (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Summit Property Management is a San Jose property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
