Maintenance Technician - on-call response (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Maple Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
