Maintenance Technician - on-call response (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Nest Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
