Maintenance Technician - on-call response (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Vale Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around San Antonio, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
