Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind Drift Facilities Partners cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Sacramento, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 848 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for customer sites in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
