Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood Ivory Environmental Services is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for collection routes in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
