Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Richmond, VA)

Silverline Lantern Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Richmond region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for subcontractor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
