Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Richmond, VA)

Cedar Wilder Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Richmond. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for customer orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
