Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Richmond, VA)

Harborlight Umber Facilities is a facilities company in Richmond with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for customer sites in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
