Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Reno, NV)

Clearpath Wren Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Reno. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 238 people based in Reno. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for claims in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
