Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Northwind Mill Environmental Services and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Reno. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for recycling loads in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
