Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Reno, NV)

Summit Pine Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Reno, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Reno. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for change orders in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
