Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Silverline Bright Housing manages affordable housing communities across Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
