Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Amberfield Holdings moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Des Moines, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for dock schedules in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
