Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Thistle Press and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for paper stock in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
