Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Stone Farms and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for packing house output in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
