Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Stonegate Lantern Property Management is a Knoxville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
