Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Greenridge Timber Construction is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for change orders in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
