Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Granite Construction and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
