Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Northwind Lakeside Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Baltimore. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for weigh tickets in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
