Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Amberfield Pine Property Management manages apartment communities around Fresno. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
