Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Silverline Granite Housing Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
