Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Lumen Granite Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Columbus, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
