Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Silverline River Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Des Moines. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
