Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind River Housing Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
