Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Stonegate Lantern Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Omaha. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 676 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
